In case you were wondering: "Made it to SA. Dad has to have closed MRI with contrast before knows what he will do (I take it the doctor) but most likely surgery. Good news is this tumor not fatal even if cancer biggest danger is it could come back even in 10 years as more agressive we will know more Monday after MRI. 

So good news and bad news but still news.
